Which Zone Suits You?
Three investment thresholds apply depending on the zone and type of property. Click a zone to view matching listings.
Zone C — Conversion & Restoration
Projects converting commercial property to residential use, or restoration of listed historic buildings. No location restriction — this threshold applies even in central Athens. No 120 m² requirement; studio apartments of 40–60 m² qualify.
Zone B — General Regions
Covers all regions of Greece outside Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, and Santorini. A single property must be purchased and must be at least 120 m².
Zone A — Premium Cities
Covers Athens (Attica), Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini and islands with populations exceeding 3,100. This zone offers the highest liquidity and rental yield potential. Single property, minimum 120 m² applies.
